In that sense, this course is designed to study two of the three pillars. By studying the history and ideology of economics, we can develop the basic skills to nd ways to solve the problems we are facing today. Since it is a fundamental eld, as a matter of course, it is not going to be practical learning. Therefore, it may be considered an undesirable course for those who want to work in a company. Instead, it is probably a more suitable course for those who want to become a teacher or researcher.●Economic Thought and Economic History CourseThe Public Policy course was created for students looking for a career as specialists in a public institution or as researchers. The course begins with classes in microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and statistics that will give you mastery over the analytical tools necessary to understand public policy. The course then turns to the subjects of economic policy, nancial theory, local economics, and environmental economics, which are also crucial to an understanding of actual public policy. The study of analytical tools requires a basic knowledge of mathematics and statistics, so you would also be required to study mathematical economics and economic statistics.●Public Policy CourseThe Distribution,Marketing and Business Management Course is designed for students interested in corporate management and for those who wish to become specialists in charge of advanced business administration. This course covers not only subjects in areas such as business administration, management strategy, management organization, and management nance, but subjects involving distribution, logistics and marketing as well. By studying the wide range of theories involving corporate management and learning how they are put into practice, students can attain the highly specialized knowledge and abilities that are needed in the business world, which is experiencing rapid globalization.●Distribution, Marketing, and Business Management CourseThis course is for nurturing students who are aiming to become a company worker with high-level professional expertise, a certied tax or public accountant, and a public servant. In the accounting eld, we will foster the ability to analyze theoretical and institutional issues in the aspect of corporate accounting, which have been even more internationalized in recent years. Furthermore, we oer pragmatic training for handling tax accounting matters. In the eld of nance, students will learn about the current state of Japan’s taxation system and its desired shape, as well as challenges in taxation policies both national and local governments are facing and academic views on how they would be solved.●Accounting and Public Finance CourseThe goal of the International Economics Course is to develop researchers who explore international economics and train personnel who will play a leading role in the international community. As the world is becoming more globalized, the importance to study international economics is on the rise. Transaction networks such as trade, international investments, and foreign currency exchange are becoming more complex, and the global economy heavily impacts every nation and region.
